Relying on the technical force of Shanghai University, through independent research and development of kilometer level dynamic production equipment and low-cost manufacturing technology route, SCSC has mastered the key technologies of superconducting material industrialization, formed a complete set of manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights, realized the large-scale preparation of kilometer level second-generation high-temperature superconducting tape by low-cost chemical method, and built the metal baseband of kilometer level superconducting tape Buffer layer and superconducting layer production line. By overcoming the precision slitting technology, the development of three kinds of superconducting strip products with different widths of 4mm, 6mm and 12mm has been completed to meet the needs of different downstream users.

Single length

The company can produce a single superconducting strip with a length of 1000m and no joint continuously.

High critical current

Through process optimization and quality management, the company can produce superconducting tape with critical current of 500-600a (77K, self field) by taking advantage of easy doping by chemical method.

The width can be customized

Taking advantage of the high utilization rate of chemical raw materials and easy large-scale production, the company can produce strips with width ≥ 12mm, and adopts finished cutting and packaging equipment independently developed and designed to meet the needs of customers with different widths.

Independent intellectual property

The production equipment, performance testing equipment and finished product equipment of the company's strip key layer have independent intellectual property rights.
